Q. Where is my tracking number?
A. Free shipping use post air mail NO TRACKING NUMBER.If you choose shipping method with tracking number or Expedited Shipping.Once we ship an order, an email is automatically sent to the email address that you provided during the checkout process. Automatically generated emails like this are sometimes flagged as spam by email programs, so check your spam folder if you think your order should have shipped but didn't get an email. Of course, you can always contact us for your tracking number.
Q. How does get my shipping address?
A. We'll get your shipping address when you make a payment by PayPal. Please note, PayPal will be not sharing any of your financial information with us except shipping address and a phone number which you have explicitly agreed to share with us. If there is something unusual about the destination address, our customer service representative will confirm it with you before shipping the package.
Q. I have not received my order yet (within 6 weeks).
A. We hate but have to say “Just hang in there!". Sometimes things happen. There may be slight delay due to variation of postal service in different regions, customs inspections, public holidays, weather etc. These are beyond our control. The default free shipping option is via Standard Air Mail (Postal Service) and it does not have a tracking number and therefore we are unable to trace it too. Please wait a few more days.
Q. I have not received my order yet (over 6 weeks).
A. An order is considered lost-in-transit if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery.Please contact us request for a full refund or a reship.We will verify your mailing address. If you have carelessly provided a wrong address, then we cannot be responsible. If the address is correct, then we shall issue a full refund or reship new item to you asap
Q. I have entered the wrong shipping address
A. Please contact us request for an address change.We will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly. It also depends on when we read your request and NOT when you sent your request. We cannot be responsible if the package has already left the warehouse.
